The team of surgeons at Sunnybank Surgical Group provides care for patients requiring emergency general surgery.
The range of conditions include all conditions listed on our site requiring operative surgery and also conditions such as abdominal pain requiring further investigations and conservative non-surgical management. This treatment is available to patients who are privately insured only or are covered by WorkCover insurance.

Out of business hours, calls will be diverted to an after-hours secretary who will take down your details and contact one of our doctors directly for immediate attention.
Elective General Surgery Referrals
For non-urgent elective surgery referrals please email your written referral to admin@sunnybanksurgical.com.au or fax it to (07) 3344 4899. GPs can also send referrals directly by medical objects.
