Liposuction, also referred to as lipectomy or lipoplasty, is a surgical procedure designed to improve body shape and proportions by removing excess fat deposits. It is commonly performed on areas such as the thighs, abdomen, arms, neck, and under the chin to create a slimmer, more balanced appearance.

Liposuction is an invasive surgical procedure designed to improve body shapes and proportions by removing localised fat deposits that are resistant to diet and exercise. In a single session, up to 5 litres of fat can be safely removed. However, if multiple areas require treatment, additional sessions may be necessary. Removed fat can also be re-injected as fat graft to areas which require extra volume such as the breast, buttock and face.

VASER Liposuction

VASER (Vibration Amplification of Sound Energy at Resonance) liposuction is a minimally invasive body shaping procedure that uses ultrasound technology to break down and remove excess fat cells. This advanced technique allows for precise fat removal while preserving surrounding tissues, leading to an improved shape and faster recovery compared to traditional liposuction. It also helps contract the overlying skin in the treatment areas so that a tightening effect is also created. VASER liposuction is designed to improve the shape and appearance of specific body areas, addressing proportions and overall body structure. Common treatment areas include the abdomen, sides, thighs, arms, back, and chin. In some cases, the extracted fat can be purified and reintroduced into other parts of the body, such as the face, for added volume. The overlying skin also has a tightening effect due to the energy delivered through the device.
